Scroll Down for the NEW Order Form. Once you hit the "Submit Order" button, you should receive a Confirmation Email with a summary of your order (check your email "spam" folder). Your order will be processed once the complete Credit Card Information is received; usually within 3 business days (unless it's a sale event).
An email will be automatically sent from "ship@pirateship.com" for most orders when the shipping label is prepared (we may also use other shippers; we choose the most economical).
Once the Credit Card Information is received and the order is processed and charged, you will receive an email from "GoDaddy Payments" with the total amount.
If you have not heard from us within 3 days (excluding holidays and weekends), please give us a call or send an email. If we are running a SALE, the order processing could take a little longer. Thank you.
ALL NEW CUSTOMERS & CURRENT CUSTOMERS WITH NEW CREDIT CARD NUMBERS: For security reasons, we cannot ask for your entire credit card number on the Order Form. Therefore, send your remaining CC numbers via email to: Phyllis@rmyarns.com or call the Store at 423.961.0690. Your order cannot be processed until this information is received.
