Returns Policy

Ask for Samples

Since we do not accept "returns," please ask for samples to be mailed if you are not sure about the yarns you are ordering or call for further details before placing your order.


One or two small samples will be mailed at no charge in a first class envelope.  If you require several samples and you are NOT a current customer, there is a $2 fee for a sample card that holds 8-10 samples.  If you are a current customer, we will send you whatever samples you need at no charge.

Wrong Product Shipped

It is very, very rare, but occasionally during high volume order shipping there may be an order sent out incorrectly.  In this instance, R&M will send you a return label for the items to be returned and you will be shipped the correct items.


If the incorrect items are sent, please keep them in a non-smoking & non-pet area where it is dry.

Our customers are very happy with the yarns and products they receive from R&M and love the fast and friendly service...not to mention our deeply discounted prices on most yarns.
